Membership
TSB 693 is not for everyone — and that is by design. The group's value comes from the quality and commitment of its members.
Who Should Join
TSB 693 is designed for business owners and CEOs in Southeast New Brunswick who are serious about growth — both in their business and in themselves as leaders.
The ideal member is someone who has achieved a meaningful level of success but recognizes that continued growth requires new perspectives, honest feedback, and a trusted community of peers.
You do not need to have all the answers. You need to be willing to ask the right questions — and to help others do the same.

How to Join
Joining TSB 693 is a mutual decision. We want to make sure it's the right fit for you — and for the group.
Start with a simple message or phone call to express your interest. There is no commitment at this stage — just a conversation.
Erik will meet with you for a confidential, no-obligation conversation. This is a chance to learn more about the group, ask questions, and share a bit about your business and what you're looking for.
Erik will assess whether you are a strong fit for the group — considering your industry, stage of business, and commitment level. You will also assess whether TSB 693 is the right fit for you.
If there is a strong mutual fit, you may be invited to attend a meeting as a guest to experience the group firsthand before making a final decision.
Once both parties are aligned, you join the group and begin your membership. The onboarding process is designed to help you get value from day one.
Common Questions
Membership fees are discussed during the discovery conversation with Erik. The investment reflects the value of the program — including expert speakers, monthly coaching, and group meetings.
The full group meets six times per year for full-day sessions. In addition, you meet monthly with Erik for a private coaching session, and there are occasional social gatherings throughout the year.
Meetings are held in the Greater Moncton area. The exact venue varies, and members are notified well in advance.
TSB 693 has a maximum of 15 members and targets 12. This size is intentional — large enough for diverse perspectives, small enough that every member is known and every voice is heard.
Members must be non-competing. If there is an industry conflict with an existing member, we would discuss whether there is still a path to membership or whether another TEC Canada group might be a better fit.
Membership is typically annual. Erik will discuss the commitment structure during the discovery conversation.
A confidential conversation with Erik costs nothing and commits you to nothing. Find out if TSB 693 is the right fit for you.
