The Group
A carefully structured peer advisory group built on confidentiality, trust, and the belief that better conversations lead to better decisions.
The Group Structure
TSB 693 Moncton is intentionally small. With a maximum of 15 members and a target of 12, the group is large enough to bring diverse perspectives but small enough that every voice is heard and every member is known.
Every member is a business owner or CEO. No employees, no advisors, no vendors — just peers who are navigating the same challenges of running and growing a company.
Members are non-competing. This is not just a courtesy — it is a structural requirement that makes genuine openness possible. When there is no competitive threat in the room, real conversations can happen.

Meeting Format
Every full-day meeting follows a proven structure that balances learning, sharing, and peer problem-solving.
Professional Workshop
A guest expert speaker delivers a focused workshop on a topic relevant to business leadership — strategy, finance, people, marketing, health, or personal development.
Member Business Presentation
One member presents their business — current situation, key challenges, opportunities, and strategic questions.
Question & Answer Period
The group asks clarifying questions to fully understand the member's situation before offering input.
Peer Advisory Session
Members bring their own current challenges, opportunities, or issues to the group for collective input and perspective.
Each month, you meet privately with Erik Gingles for a focused one-to-one coaching session. These sessions are entirely dedicated to you — your goals, your challenges, your decisions.
Strategic Guidance
Work through major decisions with an experienced, objective advisor.
Accountability
Commit to actions and report back — someone is invested in your follow-through.
Deeper Problem Solving
Explore complex issues in depth without the time constraints of a group setting.
Members gather informally between formal meetings to strengthen relationships. These casual events build the trust and camaraderie that makes the group's formal sessions more effective.
Occasional retreats provide extended time for deeper connection, strategic thinking, and shared experiences that go beyond what a single day can offer.
