A confidential peer advisory group for small business owners and CEOs in Southeast New Brunswick.

Up to 15 members — non-competing business owners
What Is TSB 693 Moncton?
TSB 693 Moncton is a peer advisory group facilitated through TEC Canada — the country's leading executive leadership organization. It brings together a small, carefully selected group of non-competing business owners who meet regularly to tackle real challenges, share hard-won experience, and hold each other accountable.
This is not a networking event. It is a structured, confidential forum where business owners can speak honestly about what's actually happening in their companies — and get genuine, experienced input from peers who have faced similar challenges.

Who It's For
TSB 693 is designed for a specific type of business leader — one who is serious about growth and ready to invest in their own development.
Your company generates between $750K and $10M in annual revenue. You have proven your model and are ready to scale strategically.
You operate a small business in New Brunswick.
You are open to honest feedback, committed to growth, and willing to invest time in your own leadership development.

How It Works
Every second month, the group convenes for a full day. The morning features a professional workshop with a guest expert speaker. The afternoon includes a member business presentation, Q&A, and a peer advisory session.
Each month, you meet privately with Erik Gingles, your group Chair, for a focused coaching session — strategic guidance, accountability, and deeper problem-solving tailored to your business.
In between formal meetings, members gather socially to strengthen relationships. Optional retreats provide extended time for deeper connection and strategic thinking.

Cassidy deVeer

"Before TEC, I was making every decision, solving every problem. I remember a TEC meeting where I saw how other leaders truly empowered their teams. That was a game-changer. It wasn't about doing less; it was about leading smarter."
Amar Gandhi
CEO, Global eBrand
"The one-to-one meetings with my TEC Chair prove to be some of the most valuable. She listens to my needs. In different stages, she's provided different help — from a five-year strategic plan to checking in on my team."
