Having lived overseas earlier in his career, Erik brings a broader global perspective to leadership and business growth. He is active in the community, serving on several not-for-profit boards.
As Chair of TSB 693, Erik facilitates group meetings, leads strategic discussions, provides one-to-one coaching, and creates a safe environment for honest business conversations.
